Marguerita Naa Adokor Crabbe is an experienced administrator whose career spans several decades of dedicated service across both public and private institutions in Ghana.

She received her early education at Ghana International School and Achimota Secondary School, and later trained as a Personal Assistant at Accra Polytechnic, laying the foundation for a distinguished administrative career.

Over the years, she has served in a number of reputable organizations, including the Ghana Cocoa Marketing Board, Irweld Engineering, and the British High Commission. Following a period devoted to family life, she returned to professional practice as Administrator of the International Spouses Association of Ghana (ISAG), and later as Administrator and Human Resource Manager at PHC Motors Ltd.

Marguerita has also made notable contributions to community and institutional development. She has managed the Tesano Sports Club on two occasions and undertaken various contractual roles that draw on her extensive administrative expertise. She currently supports Edifort Memorial Preparatory School in Kaneshie, a primary institution committed to providing quality education to financially disadvantaged children.

In addition to her professional accomplishments, she remains actively engaged in civic life. She serves as a Trustee of the Tesano Sports Club, a Board Member of the Ghana Swimming Association, and is a founding member and administrator of the BallySU Foundation.
