Japhet serves as the Executive Director of the W.E.B. Museum Foundation, a Ghanaian American with over 40 years of experience in Corporate America and the philanthropic community. An experienced corporate manager, Japhet worked at JPMorgan Chase for 25 years and was a Vice President/Controller and Chief of Staff in the General Accounting Operations Unit in the Finance Division.

He has held senior leadership roles with major international and nonprofit institutions, including the Africa-America Institute and the World Trade Centers Association, where he successfully led financial restructuring, governance transitions, and long-term sustainability strategies.
